What differentiates RPFB from international investment banks?

We have many common features, including products range and professional level of personnel. However, we do not possess syndication/placement capability thus we do not have such natural conflict of interest as big selling houses do especially during the arrangement stage - they often advocate overcollateralisation and overpricing of particular structure to ensure easier placement compromising future credit capacity of the issuer - we are dedicated to long-term interests of our Russian clients - we support their permanent ability to raise capital but not only success of particular transaction.
